Product Description
Coal mining polyester fiber reinforced plastic mesh fake ceiling is made of high modulus, high strength polyester filament warp knitted and bundled together as the base body, and coated with flame retarded, static conductive material. It can replace the net ceiling intertwined with bamboo splint and metal wire. The product has the excellent property in acid and alkali-resisting, anti-aging, flame retarded and static conductive. Furthermore, it has low cost, long life length, high breaking strength. Therefore, it can be widely used in tunnel for its protective ceiling, side protection and working fake ceiling.
Product Features
With the property of solid and soft, light in weight and high in breaking strength, the consumption of the fake ceiling is only around 1 kg per meter, while the corresponding metal ceiling will be about 32 kg per meter. The breaking strength can be ranged from 40kn to 800kn. The property is outstanding, co***red with the metal net and other high strength mining nets for the same use.
Good acid and alkali-resisting, anti-corrosion; no friction static, excellent flame retarded and static conductive property. The property is unchanged when the fake ceiling is buried in mine; by the contrast, the metal net will be corroded, and the breaking strength will be dropped greatly.
